Our return back to campus after our implementation trip has given us a little bit of time to breathe, and along with that has come opportunity for introspection. We strive every day to make sure that EWB ND stays true to its mission, and that we utilize our human, material, and financial resources as responsibly as possible while carrying out that mission. In response to our introspection, we have decided to make a push for increased involvement and inclusion. We have restructured our organization into new teams that are better focused on carrying out the various functions of EWB ND; we now have teams dedicated to international projects, local projects, and campus engagement, allowing students of all backgrounds and skill sets to pitch in where they are most capable. Now that we are equipped to better include more of our members than ever, we anticipate increased student involvement, resulting in broader impact from EWB ND.
Our push for increased involvement doesn't stop with the Notre Dame student population, though. We have decided that we owe it to you, our family, friends, and supporters, to do a better job staying in touch. EWB doesn't only operate when we take a big international trip--we're putting in work year-round to pursue our mission, and we want to make it easier for you to see what we're doing day-to-day. We are grateful that you believe in what we do, so we want to make it possible for you to walk this road with us, even if you're far away. We will be posting updates on our work, pictures of our activities, and communications from our partner community in Cameroon. We are stronger because of your prayers, input, and support, and we are always glad to hear from you or answer your questions. The future holds exciting things, and we can't wait to share it with you. EWB ND
